Illtech wanted their CX dept to run and look as good as their Porsche GT922. To feel deliberate, controlled, and technically refined rather than complicatd, messy oe overengineered, with too many touch points. We built a launch system focused on data and scalabiity. Product teams, fulfilment, finance, systems and a full retention and UI/UX audit were neccesary to keep hard earned customers.
